For more than 20 years Georg has been a member of the board of directors of the Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz (BUND) Darmstadt with more than 2.500 members. The BUND Darmstadt is a local branch of the Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz (BUND) Germany. BUND Germany is the national partner of Friends of the Earth (FoE) Europe and a member of the European Environmental Bureau (EEB) in Brussels.
